Training and Change Management
We believe that computers alone do not have an inherent educational role. The team involved in this project is working on changing mentalities and pedagogic principles.
The training of users plays an essential role in achieving a corect and efficient use of the AeL platfom. There are several types of training, depending on the target audience:
- for trainees, which includes: using information systems and software applications
- for system administrators, which includes: system administration, database administation, user assistance, performance monitorship, and so on
- for trainers of the categories above
Training sessions are held in accordance with a training plan which specifies the number of days to be allocated to each component. Training materials are provided by SIVECO România and consist of user/reference manuals as well as presentations in PowerPoint.
Usually, the structure of a training session is the following:
- 50% introduction to the concepts by the trainer
- 50% practical sessions aimed at a improving the understanding of the application
