SEI - IT-based Educational System

SEI is a program by which high schools (except vocational ones) are provided IT platforms composed of computer networks, educational software and learning modules. Within the system the students and the teachers are assisted by computers. The AeL platform is part of the SEI program, as a support for the laboratories equipped with computers. AeL offers not only information, as the Internet does, but also psychological and didactical support, work methodology, a discussion base - features that change mentalities. Radu Jugureanu, responsible with the educational materials in SIVECO Romania, presented the advantages of the system during a reunion called “IT-based Educational System – a chance for Romania”.
